Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Subscribe Now" button on any pricing plan, enter your email and password, select your preferred plan, and complete the signup process. After creating your account, you'll be redirected to the dashboard where you can complete payment using cryptocurrency.

What payment methods do you accept?

WalletHound currently accepts cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments. You can pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and many other cryptocurrencies. Card payment options will be added in future updates.

How do I access the Wallet Finder tool?

After signing up and completing payment, your subscription will be activated. You can then access the Wallet Finder tool from your dashboard. The tool will be locked until your payment is confirmed.

Using Wallet Finder

How does wallet filtering work?

The Wallet Finder allows you to set custom parameters to discover wallets that match your criteria. You can filter by:

• Performance metrics (win rate, ROI, profit, volume)
• Token and trade filters (tokens traded, sniped tokens, mint addresses)
• Trading behavior (average buys/sells, hold duration)
• KOL attributes (name, follower count, transactions)
• Dev wallet criteria (tokens created, wallet balance)

How many wallet searches can I perform?

Search limits depend on your plan:

• Trial: 50 wallet searches per day
• Lite: 100 custom wallet searches per day
• Premium: 100 custom searches + 20 KOL searches per day
• Elite: 100 custom searches + 40 KOL searches + unlimited dev searches per day

Can I export my search results?

Yes! All paid plans include CSV export functionality. Simply click the "Download Wallets" button after performing a search to export your filtered wallet list.

Subscription Management

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. To downgrade, please contact support through our Telegram community. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, and you'll lose access to premium features. Your account data and search history will be preserved, so you can reactivate anytime.

Technical Support

Which blockchains are supported?

WalletHound currently supports:

• Solana: Available on all plans
• BNB Chain (BSC): Available on Premium and Elite plans
• Ethereum: Available on Elite plan only

How accurate is the wallet data?

WalletHound pulls data directly from the blockchain and applies sophisticated filtering to ensure accuracy. We exclude manipulated wallets, filter out airdrops, detect bundled trading, and provide median ROI calculations for realistic performance assessment.

I'm experiencing technical issues. What should I do?

For technical support:

• Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache
• Ensure you're using a modern, updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
