• Wallet performance analysis and filtering
• KOL (Key Opinion Leader) wallet tracking
• Developer wallet discovery (Dev Hunter)
• Trading behavior analytics
• CSV data export functionality

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: WalletHound offers multiple subscription tiers (Trial, Lite, Premium, Elite). Each plan has specific features, limits, and pricing as detailed on our pricing page.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily or monthly depending on your plan). Payment is processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others
• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities
• Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WalletHound, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilation, are owned by WalletHound and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

7. Data and Analytics

Blockchain Data: WalletHound analyzes publicly available blockchain data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

No Investment Advice: WalletHound provides analytical tools and data for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

Data Export: You may export data through our CSV download feature for personal use only. Commercial redistribution of exported data is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WalletHound is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletHound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Trading or investment decisions based on our analytics
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data provided

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalletHound, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Exposes us to liability
• Is fraudulent or involves unauthorized use
